Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States currently. We offer free domestic shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax – we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible – just the way we like it.

For purchases over $200, we provide free signature confirmation shipping with tracking.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times: 7 – 15 days

Processing Times

Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Do you ship by freight?

Freight orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process and schedule a pickup from our warehouse. Our shipping department will use their discretion on whether to ship via ground or freight service for large orders. Orders over 100lbs will be shipped on a pallet via UPS or Fedex freight service.

Freight transit times will vary depending on location, availability of logistics warehouses, drivers and environmental factors. Rural, residential or isolated locations my take an extra 2 business days for delivery due to no usual daily route.

Freight deliveries must have a valid phone number. Customer must specify if they need liftgate delivery in order to remove product from truck. Additional rates apply for extra services beyond general freight delivery.

This is including but not limited to:

  • bulk or whole truck delivery
  • residential delivery
  • inside delivery (or beyond initial drop point for residences)
  • any other additional methods that may change or alter the bill of lading beyond usual delivery method.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it! Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
